Golf Enhancement Program

Have you:

  • Lost strength and flexibility?
  • Experienced stiffness in your low back, shoulders or knees with golfing one or more rounds?
  • Lost distance on your golf shots?
  • Has your handicap increased?

If so, the Golf Enhancement Program may be for you.

The Golf Enhancement Program at White Rose Physical Therapy is a program to increase performance for all levels of golfers to dramatically improve the swing motion by increasing flexibility and strength. The program combines golf swing biomechanics with spinal stabilization for a safe and effective method of increasing your enjoyment of the game of golf. Golf for a lifetime!

Nearly 80% of golfers suffer from one injury or another - mostly involving the low back. The majority of injuries are due to faulty swing mechanics, poor conditioning and/or decreased flexibility and strength.

The Golf Enhancement Program teams a Physical Therapist with a Golf Teaching Professional to improve your swing mechanics.

The results are dramatic:

  • More Power
  • More Distance
  • Improved Accuracy
  • Lower Scores
  • Healthier Golf Game

WITH LITTLE OR NO PAIN!!

The Physical Therapist will perform a biomechanical analysis of your golf swing and develop an individualized program specific to your needs.

Your golf teaching professional will then integrate this analysis and new-found freedom of movement in to the golf swing for you.

Golfers frequently re-injure themselves or rehab incorrectly from back pain due to poor swing mechanics. Many golfers use a swing that produces incredible stress to their backs and are unaware of what they are doing wrong and how to correct the motion.

Pain, stiffness and decreased performance is usually a result of tight muscles and joints and/or weak muscles, causing the golfer to swing off-plane and off-balance.

The Golf Enhancement Program will evaluate, identify and treat the movement restrictions that are causing poor techniques and performance.
